School Officer (Design)
We are an aided Christian secondary school committed to whole-person education. We are looking for high-calibre education practitioners who are committed to teaching and would help the school realize its mission to prepare leaders for tomorrow.
Applications are invited for the above post starting from September 2025 onwards.
Descriptions
Responsibilities :
- Assist in coordinating, compiling and publishing school publication
- Assist in organizing school activities
- Manage the school website
- Provide support in enhancing the school's networks with key community
- Perform general office duties (administrative support)
- Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by school
Requirements :
- Higher Diploma or above
- Good communication skills and have team spirit
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and photo-editing
- Basic photography skills
- Familiar with PC hardware, Mac operating system and applications will be an advantage
