Responsibilities :

• To provide individual and group counseling services to different clientele
  
• To design, manage and deliver mental health education talks, groups, workshops, programs and projects to various organizations, NGOs and corporate, that support organization's strategic and operational plan
  
• To implement project planning, promotion and recruitment so as to fulfil the expected outputs, service and community needs
  
• To handle resource allocation, the budgeting, financial records and reporting for the project
  
• To assist in plan of designing and developing mental health education programs and projects that support the further development of center
  
• To liaise with various internal and external parties to promote and co-work mental health related programs and activities

Requirements :

• Degree or above in Social Work; Master Degree in Counselling or Counseling Psychologist and/or the equivalent
  
• Registered member of HKPS or HKPCA or Registered social worker is preferred
  
• A minimum of 2 years' substantial post-qualification clinical experience
  
• Specialize in specific therapy is an advantage
  
• Mature with experience on administrative and/or project management experience, preferably in community education, professional training
  
• Fluent in spoken & written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
  
• Good computer literacy
  
• Passionate about serving in the social services sector
  
• Mature, hardworking, creative, outgoing and self-motivated
  
• Ability to work independently and with a team
  
• Able to work flexible hours (non-office hours & Saturdays)
  
• Work Locations : Kwun Tong / Yau Ma Tei / Tin Shui Wai
