We invite high caliber candidate to join our top management team with the following major responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

• Engage with leaders in the welfare, healthcare, technology, government, and private sectors to drive a collaborative platform supporting the development of gerontechnology in Hong Kong.
  
• Drive innovation and technology adoption in social welfare services, focusing on developing pioneering solutions and enhancing the technological capabilities of the welfare sector.
  
• Foster cross-service collaboration in social service development, particularly in elderly and rehabilitation services. Facilitate and support agency members in sharing and implementing best practices to create positive social impact and elevate service excellence.
  
• Assist the Chief Executive in the strategic development and management of HKCSS.

Requirements :
Degree or post-graduate qualification in social work. At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in relevant senior management positions in the welfare sector. A dynamic and mature team player with strategic foresight, strong and effective leadership, highly motivated and sound experience in NGO management and networks in the local context, and excellent communication skills are required.

5-day work per week. 21-day annual leave.
