Job Purpose :
To uplift service and fundraising efforts and strengthen donor relationships, this role involves analyzing donor data to tailor communication strategies, overseeing donor engagement initiatives and managing impactful events.
Job Responsibilities :
- Analyze donor data to segment and effectively target specific donor groups, tailoring communication strategies and fundraising initiatives to meet their unique interests.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors, enhancing engagement and loyalty for long-term organizational support.
- Oversee the development and execution of donor communication plans, ensuring timely acknowledgements, updates, and impact reporting to build trust and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate donor records and analytics using CRM systems, tracking interactions to provide insightful reports for strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement event strategies that align with organizational goals, managing all aspects from concept design to budgeting and logistics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives, ensuring alignment and maximizing impact on target audiences.
- Identify and manage relationships with external vendors to secure high-quality services and materials within budget constraints.
- Conduct post-event analyses to assess event outcomes against objectives, gathering feedback to inform future strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
- Create and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the agency's vision, enhancing brand awareness and equity.
- Establish and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring adherence across all communications to maintain brand integrity.
- Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably at NGO organizations.
- Experience in communications, public relations and brand building; prior experience in non-profit organizations is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in membership or loyalty programs with knowledge of customer segmentation and analysis approaches
- Proficiency in multimedia, graphic design and video-editing tools is an added advantage
- Creative, self-motivated, positive thinking and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
