Descriptions
Requirements :
- Applicants should be Degree holders in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in social welfare service or sizable organizations preferable;
- Hands-on experiences in payroll calculation, provident fund scheme, employee compensation and HRIS;
- High proficiency in MS Office especially Excel, and Chinese word processing is required;
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and well-organized with good communication skills and a good command of written English and Chinese.
Job Duties :
- Handle a full spectrum of HR services on temporary staff employment, including payroll calculation, provident fund scheme and employee's compensation;
- Assist in staff engagement programme;
- Assist in data analysis, compiling surveys and generating reports;
- Maintain accurate staff data in HRIS and staff records;
- Deal with ad hoc duties and HR projects.
Working Hours : 44 hours per week
Working Location : Kwun Tong

如於廣告刊登後兩個月內未獲本會安排約見,則作落選論。
