The appointee will be required to (a) assist in various aspects of work at the reception counter such as making appointments, patient registrations, fee collection and settlement, handling medical records and other related services; (b) handle face-to-face and telephone enquiries; (c) assist in administrative duties; and (d) perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of University Health Service or his/her delegates.
Applicants should have (a) Form Five standard; (b) some relevant work experience preferably in clinical settings; (c) good communication skills in Chinese and English, with fluency in Putonghua; and (d) a strong sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills.
Preference will be given to those with valid and recognised training certificate(s) in clinic operation.
Conditions of Service
A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
