Descriptions

• To conduct psychological assessments and provide individual clinical treatment and therapeutic groups to clients with psychological and behavioural issues, as well as other service users;
  
• To coordinate and implement clinical goals and policies for service branch and the Agency;
  
• To conduct applied research for the development and validation of assessment and intervention;
  
• To provide training to staff and stakeholders in response to local and global development of offender rehabilitation and crime prevention, and other psychology-related topics;
  
• To liaise with overseas and local expertise for professional exchanges and collaboration; and
  
• To provide clinical supervision to frontline staff.

• A recognised master's degree in Clinical Psychology, and registered member of Division of Clinical Psychology, Hong Kong Psychological Society;
  
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  
• Regular visits and conduct assessments in correctional institutions may be required;
  
• Passionate and self-motivated with good communication skills; and
  
• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience preferred.
