The CUHK Business School is a leading business school and a pioneer in business education in Hong Kong. Since its establishment in Hong Kong in 1963, the CUHK Business School has gained world recognition for nurturing business leaders with immense contributions in the Asia Pacific. The School has been offering a comprehensive range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes (DBA, MBA, MSc, MAcc, EMBA, MPhil, PhD) with over 4,600 students from 20+ countries / regions, as well as executive education. It has one of the most extensive alumni networks in the region, with over 45,000 alumni around the world. The Executive MBA Programme is the first programme of its kind offered in Hong Kong. The programme, initially offered by CUHK Business School in 1993, is a two-year part-time programme that is unique in its approach to graduate business education in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Programme Director or her/his designate, the appointee will be responsible for (a) providing clerical and daily operation support; (b) handling filing and document matters; (c) providing administrative and logistical support to classes and activities during weekday evening and weekend if needed; and (d) performing other impromptu duties as assigned.

Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education; (ii) Grade E / Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B) or Grade C for Syllabus A in HKCEE; OR a combination of results in 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 in Chinese & English): Level 2 in NSS subjects; "Attained" or above in ApL subject (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects); Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; (iii) fast and accurate Chinese and English typing skill; (iv) at least 5 years' post-qualification work experience; (v) knowledge of computer applications including the MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); and (vi) a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua). Shortlisted candidates may be invited to sit for written test(s) as appropriate.

Applicants must submit copies of HKCEE / HKDSE certificates showing that they have fulfilled the language requirements and academic qualifications stated above, otherwise their applications will NOT be considered.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
