Job Requirements :

Diploma holder in Social Work or equivalent
Registered Social Worker
Level 2 or above in Chinese Language & English Language in HKDSE / HKCEE
Minimum 5 years of service in residential care for people with disabilities or elderly, at least 3 years in project / service management
Familiar with operation of subvented service
Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
Good command of English and Chinese
Mature, Strong leadership with good communication skills
Responsible for overall management, administration and operation of the Aged Blind Home located in Tuen Mun
