• SW : RSW, Degree in Social Work or above, with at least 3 years of career service experience / SPO : Degree holder, with at least 5 years of career service experience
  
• HKDSE 5 subjects level 2 / above (incl. Chi. and Eng.) or equivalent
  
• Strong sense and interest in career development and financial literacy
  
• Passionate in career services, dynamic, innovative, independent, strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  
• Experienced in project management, and a good team player with strong interpersonal, presentation skills and networking
  
• Lead and supervise a project team
  
• Develop and supervise innovative career and financial projects for tertiary students
  
• Assist the development & operation of the project, especially in school workshops and career stimulation games
  
• Collaborate with different funders, teachers and teammates to ensure effective project execution
  
• Working Location : Wan Chai
