The appointee will be assigned to the Academic and Quality Section of the Registry. He/She will be responsible for (a) liaising with Faculties / Departments on curriculum-related matters and managing curriculum database; (b) assisting in co-ordination of the operation of the student information system, IT and technical support for the Section; (c) providing support for committee work; and (d) performing other tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree; (ii) fulfilled the English language requirements set out on the website : https://www.hro.cuhk.edu.hk/en-gb/languageforeo ; (iii) an effective command of English and Chinese (fluency in Putonghua will be advantageous); (iv) hands-on experience with student information systems and IT support (having a high level of computer literacy will be an advantage); (v) a good understanding of local university curricula, and relevant administrative experience at higher educational institutions or public organizations; (vi) a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and under pressure; and (vii) excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and analytical skills. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
