Descriptions
Responsibilities :
- To lead the agency to promote a caring and non-violent environment for the optimal growth and development of our children
- To promote the agency brand and services, execute approved plans and achieve organizational performance objectives
- To identify the needs of the community regarding detection, prevention and treatment of child abuse problems
- To be responsible for the publicity of the services of the agency and initiate fund raising programmes
- To liaise with welfare services, government departments, and other appropriate organizations
- To work with media on child protection and welfare concerns
Requirements :
- A Registered Social Worker with a bachelor's degree or above in social work, social science or related disciplines
- At least 12 years' solid work experience in the social work field or a relevant public sector organizations, of which three years at senior managerial level leading a professional team
- Inspirational leadership with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage the team to raise efficiency, productivity and quality
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
- Career aspirations for leading ACA to achieve its mission and vision
- Having a strong network in the community is definitely an advantage
