• RSW, Degree in Social Work or above
  
• 5 passes in HKCEE [including Eng. (Syl B) and Chi.] / HKDSE 5 subjects level 2 / above (incl. Chi. and Eng.) or equivalent
  
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  
• At least 5 years' working or supervisory experience in family / youth / children casework settting
  
• Visionary, strategic, resourceful, presentable, good in people management, thoughtful leadership, excellent communication & interpersonal skills with teammates, users and stakeholders
  
• Strong passion to lead Family and Counseling Services and develop services for the children and families
  
• Lead and manage Family and Counseling Services, especially child protection services
  
• Lead the Family and Counseling Services to formulate, implement & evaluate professional service to ensure excellent service quality
  
• Liaise with stakeholders, establish service partnership & promote family services
  
• Resource mining to ensure services sustainability and development
  
• Working Location : Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
