• Degree in any discipline with 2 years post graduate experience
  
• HKCEE / HKDSE 5 passes [incl. English (Syl B) & Chinese at grade E or above] or equivalent
  
• Innovative, flexible, good team player, proactive, good communication skills and able to work under pressure and tight timeline
  
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  
• Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
  
• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits
