Descriptions
- 具香港中學會考五科合格 / 香港中學文憑考試五科 2 級或以上，包括中文及英文 (課程乙)；
- 已婚人士，成熟和擁有良好品格；
- 具智障人士服務經驗及熱誠者優先；
- 負責照顧八名六至十八歲的輕度智障兒童或青少年之起居生活及管教；
- 須與配偶留宿，可與不多於 1 名子女遷入附設之宿舍，其配偶下班後需回家舍協助照顧宿生，並可每月獲津貼 $9,778；
- 薪酬按有關學歷及工作經驗而定，另設有留宿津貼最高可達每月 $7,920；
- 每週工作 5.5 天，須輪班及假日輪值；黃大仙區或將軍澳區兒童之家工作。
恆常員工可享有薪年假、婚假、全薪分娩假、全薪侍產假、全薪病假、體恤假、家事假、住院及門診保險、人身意外保險、員工醫療服務優惠、隔年免費體檢、僱主強積金供款按年資最高可遞增至 10%、在職培訓等。

本會在聘用僱員從事與兒童或精神上無行為能力人士有關工作時，將要求準僱員進行性罪行定罪紀錄查核。
如於廣告刊登後兩個月內未獲本會安排約見，則作落選論。
所有不獲聘請之面試記錄及有關文件於保存半年後 (面試日起計) 全部銷毀。另所有不獲面試之職位申請信於保存三個月後 (收信日起計) 全部銷毀。
申請人所提供的資料將予以保密及只作招聘本會各單位職位用途。
Prospective employees who will undertake child or mentally incapacitated persons related work will be requested to undergo the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC).
Applicants not hearing from us within two months from the date of advertisement may consider their applications fail.
All personal data of unsuccessful candidates would be destroyed after 6 months of interview and after 3 months of receiving applications for those without interview.
