The appointee will be responsible for (a) overseeing the operation of undergraduate programmes; (b) handling academic and student matters; (c) providing committee services and administrative support; (d) supervising programme clerical staff; and (e) performing other tasks as assigned.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree; (ii) at least 3 years' work experience, preferably at tertiary institutions; (iii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Putonghua is preferred); (iv) proficiency in computer applications, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing; (v) strong organisational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills; (vi) the ability to work independently and as a team member; (vii) experience in supervising staff; and (viii) an energetic and self-motivated work attitude. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
