Responsibilities :

• Report to the Finance Director;
  
• Review accounting transactions and ensure proper accounting records for over 60 service units;
  
• Prepare periodic reports, analyses, schedules and audited accounts for projects;
  
• Assist in aspects of internal control to ensure compliance with the operations manual, statutory requirements, and other financial control procedures;
  
• Provide necessary training to staff within the organization;
  
• Assist in handling banking and insurance matters; and
  
• Carry out ad hoc assignments/projects as assigned.

• Degree holder in Accountancy, or equivalent;
  
• Minimum 5 years of accounting or auditing experience;
  
• Experiences in NGO would be an advantage;
  
• Proficient in MS applications, particularly in Excel, and Chinese Word Processing; and
  
• Self-motivated, organized with strong communication skill and sense of ownership.
