Social Services Secretary
Founded in 1921, Sik Sik Yuen is one of the largest charitable NGOs in Hong Kong. We provide education, medical, and social services to the public. For our social services, we provide quality caring services to our elderly through our 18 social services units. Concerning developmental projects, we are launching transitional social housing and a speech therapy centre.
We are inviting a devoted professional candidate to be our Social Services Secretary-Designate to lead our Social Services Division.

Major Responsibilities :
Reporting directly to the Social Services Committee of Sik Sik Yuen, he/she will assist in formulating, developing, implementing social services policies and strategies, and be responsible for the overall management of our social services units.
Major Requirements :
- A good university degree in social work or other related disciplines;
- A minimum of 10 years related experience with 5 years at the senior management level;
- Good network in the service sectors, with a strategic mindset, broad outlook, and high sense of integrity;
- Excellent leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills; and
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
