Duties :
Supervise a fleet of Yan Oi Tong Self-financed Chinese Medicine (CM) mobile clinic
Work closely with the Manager in leading and managing a team of Chinese Medicine Practitioners and frontline staff to fulfill service and community needs
Maintain appropriate standard operation procedures, monitor the compliance of relevant regulations, policies and guidelines to meet the operation needs
Implement effective internal control system such as risk management and safety aspect of the mobile clinic
Provide sound financial and operational efficiency, continuous service and quality development plans in achieving division objectives
Office Location : Tuen Mun
Requirements :
Recognized university degree or equivalent with at least 5 years' solid experience in administration, customer services, communications, project management and/or related areas
Medical Service experience is preferred but not compulsory
Strong Interest in Chinese Medicine Industry and solid administration experience is an advantage
Ability to maintain open communication with stakeholders; good in problem solving and demonstrate a positive response to changes
Self-driven and well-organized
Excellent command of Chinese writing skills and good command of English writing skills
Proficiency in PC skills
