• Registered Pharmacist with valid practising certificate in Hong Kong
  
• Bachelor degree or above in Pharmacy from a local University, or equivalent
  
• At least 5 years' relevant post qualifications experience, working experience in community pharmacy or HA or NGO are preferable
  
• English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent
  
• Proficiency in written English and Chinese
  
• Self-motivated, flexible, passionate in community engagement and patient-centred care
  
• Implementation of medication management services including medication reconciliation, medication review,tele-consultation related health issues and chronic diseases
  
• Coordination of vaccination programme
  
• Provide educational activities and community support programmes to service users
  
• Shift duties are required
