The appointee will develop engaging mult-format design solutions that effectively communicate well with diverse audiences and create impactful experiences. He/She will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including publications, posters, e-newsletters, event materials, and more. Duties include (a) conceptualising and designing captivating creative assets including print, digital, and time-based media; (b) supporting the alignment of visual brand consistency and evolving style guidelines; (c) providing input and execute on complex design projects from concept to completion; (d) capturing and editing compelling photography and short videos with motion graphics; (e) liaising with stakeholders and production vendors to translate strategic vision into innovative design products; and (f) undertaking other assigned special projects.
Appointee should be / have (i) a Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication or related field; (ii) at least 2 years' relevant experience; (iii) proficiency in adobe creative cloud and other design tools; (iv) excellent digital illustration and graphic design skills; (v) strong understanding of output and print production; (vi) adept at meeting deadlines and managing time effectively; (vii) outstanding organisational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; (viii) high level of motivation and attention to detail; and (ix) fluent in English and Chinese. Having experience with AI tools for design will be advantageous.
Applicants are required to submit their design portfolio, copies of HKCEE / HKDSE and academic certificates, transcript and evidence of work experience in the online application, otherwise their applications will NOT be considered.
Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to 2 years (with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year contract) commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
