• RSW, Degree in Social Work or above
  
• 5 years post degree experience
  
• Good command in English and Chinese
  
• Well-organised, self-motivated, innovative, mature character with strong leadership and communication skills
  
• Detail-minded, knowledge and experience in handling complex IT system and datasets
  
• Applicant with experience in C&Y / Family Services will be an advantage
  
• Work with academic and project partners on developing the online chat services for Parent Empowerment Programme for Youth Wellness and Resilience
  
• Supervise and monitor the service quality and evaluate the effectiveness of online chat and related interventions for promoting O&O parent empowerment and transformation
  
• Oversee the project execution and enable collaborations and partnership between project partners and community stakeholders to achieve the mission of the project
