Established in 1985, CDAC is an NGO with the mission to prevent substance misuse and addictions. For this, we run services for schools and communities in need and build capacity for practitioners in social and education sectors with the support of the Community Chest, the Government and project funding. We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our mission.

Descriptions

Key Responsibilities :

  • To oversee the planning, management and evaluation of projects
  • To plan, organise and deliver programmes
  • To develop collaboration with service partners and funders
  • To study service needs and write service proposals

Requirements :
  • Degree in social work, RSW
  • Preferably with experiences in addictions services or service development

Salary and staff benefits :
  • Salary starting from MPS Point 16 ($36,850) for full time position. More attractive remuneration package will be offered for experienced candidate and part time position
  • 5-day work, 44 hours per week
  • Medical and dental benefits; maternity leave, paternity leave, compassionate leave, birthday leave, etc.
