Human Resources Manager
Founded in 1963, SAHK has been upholding its belief in "Succeed and Advance" and dedicatedly provides a wide range of rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities in four core services, namely "Children and Family Support Service", "Special Education", "Adult Service" and "Community Support Service", in order to realise their full potential, enhance their independency, and assist them to integrate into the society.

Descriptions
Job Duties :
- Perform all-round HR functions for the Association, including recruitment, employee life-cycle management, monthly payroll, MPF administration, taxation, performance management, etc;
- Assist in review and implementation of HR policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance with Employment Ordinance and related legislations;
- Act as a business partner to work closely with Management and Unit Managers;
- Assist in review and implementation of HRIS to ensure efficient handling of HR functions;
- Communicate with both internal and external parties for HR issues;
- Prepare and consolidate periodic internal and external reports;
- Perform any ad-hoc HR assignments / projects as assigned.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines;
- Possess at least 8 year's relevant experience in Human Resources in sizeable organization including some experience on leading a small team;
- Sound knowledge on good Human Resources practices, Employment Ordinance and related legislations;
- Passionate, proactive, multi-tasked, hands-on and able to work in fast-paced environment;
- Strong common sense, analytical, and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese;
- Open-minded, willing to learn and adaptive to change;
- High level proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel;
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager.
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
