• RSW, Associate degree / diploma in Social Work or above
  
• Passionate about serving youth and elderly, strong sense of responsibility, attentive and caring for others
  
• Possess experience in organizing and leading youth programs and intergenerational harmony programs is a plus
  
• Experienced in board game coaching and knowledgeable in career development is preferable
  
• Implement a youth career development project, with inter-generation elements between youth and elderly
  
• Provide training to youths and arrange service-learning experiences with inter-generation elements between youth and elderly for the youths
  
• Liaise and develop a stakeholders network in the community
  
• Support project management, publicity, administrative tasks and handling enquiries
  
• Working Location : Wan Chai / Chai Wan
