Descriptions

Applicants of the above teaching post should have :

  • A recognized bachelor's degree majoring in English from a local university or equivalent;
  • Completed professional teaching qualification with specialism in English (i.e. PGDE);
  • Met the EDB's LPR of teaching English in secondary schools and obtained specified results in the designated test and assessment as required by the EDB (i.e. IELTS and CLA);
  • Attained a pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (BLNST);
  • Report duty on 5 February 2025 (Wednesday).
