We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Director (Social Worker) to lead and develop our integrated Life Education and Suicide Prevention Services. This crucial role will involve overseeing the strategic direction of both programs, providing expert clinical supervision, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care. The role will balance the proactive, preventative nature of Life Education with the reactive, crisis-intervention focus of Suicidal Survival case services.

Requirements :

• Registered Social Worker (SWO) with a relevant Social Work degree.
  
• Minimum of 8 years of post-qualification clinical experience in social work, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
  
• Proven experience in service development and program management within the mental health sector, demonstrating a successful track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating programs.
  
• Extensive experience in providing clinical supervision to social workers, particularly in the context of suicide prevention and intervention, and life education programs.
  
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
