Descriptions
Job Duties
Assist in carrying out addition & alteration (A&A), improvement, repair & maintenance works from project inception to completion
Coordinate with in-house departments to formulate routine maintenance and preventive management plans to suit the Society's requirement; and implement repair and maintenance works accordingly
Prepare tenders in accordance with the Society's and Government procedural guidelines
Conduct site inspections and provide technical advice on repair & maintenance works
Monitor works progress, handover and project acceptance to ensure quality and cost compliance with the Society's requirement
Manage asset documentation including contractors' submissions and update as-built drawings and documents
Provide emergency call support and on-site attendance for troubleshooting
Execute safety & health practices, and implement energy conservation plans to suit the Society's and statutory requirement
Perform ad-hoc duty as assigned
Requirement
A recognized University Degree in Building Services / Building Surveying or related disciplines
A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience preferably in property management field
Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A0) or above
Knowledge in building ordinance and relevant regulations
Self-motivated, independent and can work under pressure
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
