• Post-secondary education or above;
  
• Fluent in both English and Chinese and good computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Chinese word-processing);
  
• Having good communication and organization skills;
  
• Patient, independent, responsible, self-motivated and able to relate positively with others;
  
• Responsible for providing support to school functions and programs, document preparation, school publications editing and data handling, and other duties assigned by direct supervisor; and
  
• Experience in organizing school activities is preferable.
