Project Coordinator of Funded Project (Pre-school Education and Child Care Service)
We are a Catholic multi-service social welfare agency. Applications are invited for the above post.
Descriptions
Requirements :
- Applicant must be a Degree holder or above with good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- At least 4 years of relevant working experiences in accounting and administration
- Project management experience will be priority
- With a Degree in early childhood education and administration experience in early childhood education are preferred.
Main Responsibilities & Duties :
- Coordinate a funded project, including to prepare reports and budget management
- Monitor procurement procedures and invitation of quotation / tender, and management of contractors
- Assist and coordinate the dissemination of information about the Project for kindergartens and nursery schools
- Coordinate with the impact evaluator on project evaluation
Contract Period : October 2024 - August 2026
Salary : $36,850
Appointments will be on a contract basis and can be renewed subject to performance.
