Responsibilities :
- System administration and end-user support including hardware and software installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance.
- Provide ongoing systems maintenance, administration, and development, including Azure AD, Microsoft 365 SharePoint, Microsoft 365 Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Ensure system security and data integrity, including backup, disaster recovery planning, and execution.
- Prepare reports, technical documents, implementation proposals, user manuals, and user training.
- Maintain IT-related facilities including software and hardware inventories and asset management.
- Execute ad-hoc IT projects as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements :
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
- Holders of MCSE / MCP / CCNP / CCNA certifications are preferred.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in system administration and end-user support.
- Experience in Azure AD, Microsoft 365 SharePoint, Microsoft 365 Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams is preferred.
- Experience in Windows AD structure, networking troubleshooting, and backup administration is preferred.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
- Energetic, self-motivated, teamwork, dynamic, and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
Working Hours : 44 hours of work per week
Working Place : Kwai Chung
Salary : Depends on qualification and experience
