Descriptions

Responsibilities :

• To identify student at risks and render quality life and career guidance to them.
  
• To provide various training to community stakeholders and youth workers in the multiple pathways for school leavers.
  
• To engage, liaise and work on interest development devotees and link up the manpower resources pool with community stakeholders and school social workers.
  
• To organize, coordinate and manage community events and central task force such as conference and ad hoc tasks.
  
• To network and coordinate with different community stakeholders on team operation.
  
• To assist in the promotion and publicity of the image of the Project.

• Holders of Bachelor degree in Social Work recognized by Hong Kong Social Workers Registration Board for registration.
  
• Registered Social Worker.
  
• A master's degree or above in social sciences is preferred.
  
• Having experiences in youth service.
  
• Understand community dynamics and various resources to support youth development.
  
• Ability to build rapport and trust with students, teachers, parents, school social workers and community stakeholders, passionate about bringing a positive impact and experience to potential school leavers.
  
• Good computer knowledge and skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
  
• Fluent in reading, writing, speaking and listening Chinese and English, able to speak and listening Mandarin.
  
• Mature, proactive, willing to accept challenges, able to work independently.
  
• Willing to cooperate with others and have a commitment to social work and youth services.
  
• Employee should have not been convicted of any sexual offences, in Hong Kong or elsewhere, as specified in the Sexual Conviction Record Check Scheme.
  
• Starting Salary : $36,850 - $47,010 (depends on qualification and working experience).
