Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Community Education and Volunteer Service, the appointee will lead the team in service development and implement innovative and impactful crime prevention service in schools, community and correctional institutions. The role involves exploring new resources to effectively disseminate crime prevention message and advocate support for rehabilitated ex-offenders, as well as, actualise the agency's strategic plans and vision.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education, preferably with a Bachelor's degree
- Registered Social Worker with a minimum of 5 years' work experience, preferably in community education or youth services, plus over 2 years' supervisory / management experience
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including verbal and presentation skills)
- Strong leadership and people management abilities, with excellent collaboration, networking, and organisational skills
- Dynamic, proactive, and able to multitask effectively under pressure
- Computer literate and capable of quickly adopting innovative concepts
Appointment will be made on contract term with staff benefits including training subsidies, medical benefits.
