Descriptions

Ref : PHS/Pharm/MP

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain the operation of the pharmacy and provision of pharmacy practice fulfilling the legal requirements and licensing, including procurement, inventory control, workflow and service documentation
  • Deliver Medication Management Services, including medication reconciliation, medication review and counselling
  • Coordinate and plan health promotion activities and programs to public together with teammates and other stakeholders
  • Assist in training to pharmacy students and medication education to patients
  • Support to academia in conducting research

Requirements :
  • Registered pharmacist in Hong Kong with a valid Practising Certificated issued by The Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Hong Kong
  • With work experience in community pharmacy or government or non-governmental organization preferable but not essential
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Working Location : Tseung Kwan O
