Working Locations :
Hong Kong Island, Kwun Tong and Islands Districts

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist the Project-in-Charge to plan and implement a Project on Health Support for families of ethnic minority in Hong Kong Island, Islands and Kwun Tong districts;
  
• Reports and statistic writing;
  
• Connect with local schools, kindergartens, social and medical services organizations;
  
• Render outreaching services, organize programs and groups for children, parents and families on health promotion and management and volunteer training programs;
  
• Collaborate with nurse-led team of CUHK on intake health assessment and health promotion;
  
• Shift duty on some Saturdays, Sundays and nights.

• Registered Social Worker;
  
• Diploma or above in Social Work or equivalent;
  
• Have Level 2 / Grade E or above in English Language and Chinese Language in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent;
  
• Able to speak English and Chinese;
  
• Able to speak a minority language such as Urdu, Hindi or Nepal will be an advantage;
  
• Enthusiastic for working with ethnic minority families.
