Pok Oi Hospital Board
Pok Oi Hospital, a charitable organization founded in 1919, has been participating in several government-funded development projects aiming at providing quality medical, social and education services to the community. We have successfully launched Kong Ha Wai Transitional Housing project (Pok Oi Kong Ha Wai Village (博愛江夏圍村) providing 1,998 transitional housing units, by adopting MiC method, catered for the individuals and families awaiting public rental housing and households living in poor conditions. For Pok Oi Sing Ping Village Transitional Housing project (博愛昇平村過渡性房屋項目), 601 residential units of the Project will be ready for move-in at 2nd quarter of 2024 (earliest expected time). We now invite high calibre persons for the following posts for Pok Oi Sing Ping Village situated at Ping Che Road, Ta Kwu Ling, N.T.

職責：
- 協助服務經理處理申請入住過渡性房屋之評審工作
- 了解服務對象需要，提供轉介；與社區持份者和住戶建立良好溝通渠道，共建友愛共融社區
- 統籌、策劃及執行項目宣傳推廣活動
- 提供日常營運行政支援，包括系統數據輸入 / 統計 / 分析、文件處理及存檔、撰寫會議記錄 / 信件 / 報告等
- 參與跨部門協作活動
要求：
- 副學士或以上程度，註冊社工優先考慮
- 三年工作經驗，具社會服務經驗優先
- 中、英文書寫能力良好，操流利廣東話，良好英語及普通話
- 處事成熟細心和認真嚴謹，性格開朗，主動獨立，良好溝通能力，喜歡接觸人群
- 熟悉中英文電腦操作
