The appointee will be affiliating with the Learning and Cultural Enhancement Section, and be responsible for (a) assisting in planning, co-ordinating, and managing activities and events for students; (b) providing guidance and support to students and student groups in various student activities and events; (c) managing online communication platforms for student activities and events; (d) liaising with internal and external parties on project development; and (e) contributing to other projects or events organised by the Office of Student Affairs, etc.
Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor's degree; (ii) at least 2 years' relevant work experience, preferably at tertiary institutions; (iii) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua; (iv) excellent IT proficiency and strong digital capabilities; (v) strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills; (vi) a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation; and (vii) the ability to manage multi-projects independently and under pressure. Solid experience in social media management and online publicity will be advantageous.
Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
