Social Worker III
The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation (hereunder as 'HKSR') is a pioneer in rehabilitation dedicated to providing holistic and personalized services to empower persons with disabilities, chronic illnesses or challenges of aging to lead fulfilling lives, and to advocate for an inclusive society. We are a non-governmental organization receiving subvention from government and funds from private donors and other sources. Key Responsibilities :
- Handling enquiry, new admission and discharge of residents
- Provide individual care plans to residents and arrange individual care plan meetings monthly
- Provide social activities, therapeutic groups to residents
Requirements :
- Registered Social Worker with bachelor degree in Social Work or above
- Minimum 2 years' experience, preferably with relevant experience in working with persons with elders, post-stroke patients and caregivers
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- 5 day-work with 44 hours per week
- Duties in evenings, weekends and public holidays are required on need basis
- With more relevant working experience will consider as SW II
Work Location :
Sandy Bay of Pokfulam (12 minutes away from Kennedy Town MTR Station)
