We are seeking a creative, dynamic and dedicated person with substantial experience, who will report to the Agency Head, with the following responsibilities :

To formulate strategy, policy and operation plan for the development and implementation of rehabilitation, elderly and employment services of the Association
To provide guidance and support to Senior Service Managers to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of services
To oversee and monitor the provision of services to ensure that they are in line with the direction and plans set by the Association
To explore and establish network and partnership with community organizations and corporates in order to solicit their support and resources in developing the Association's services
To initiate innovation and experimental programmes for the field units
To undertake administrative and budget-related tasks designated by the Agency Head
To review and evaluate the output, outcome, social impact and quality of services under his/her charge from time to time and make suggestions for development proactively to the Agency Head and the Association's Board
To represent the Association at external activities and meeting

Qualification :

Possession of a recognized bachelor degree in social work / rehabilitation science or a relevant field (possession of additional, relevant qualifications will be an advantage); and have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSE or Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English (Syllabus B) in HKCEE
At least 8 years post qualification experience, including at least 4 years in rehabilitation and/or elderly service
Good organization and management skills
Good proficiency in both written and verbal communications in Chinese and English
Strong leadership
Sensitive to and resourceful about community issues and the needs and aspirations of persons with disabilities and elderly persons

Working Location : North Point

Working Hours : 44 hours per week (5 days work week)
