Founded in 1900 by Ms Helen Davies of the former London Missionary Society, Ying Wa Girls' School seeks to serve the community through the provision of quality, all-round education with a Christian character for girls from all walks of life.

Our education mission is -

• to develop students' intellectual potential, physical fitness, enjoyment in sports and artistic skills;
  
• to strengthen students' sense of responsibility, and commitment to school, family, community and the world;
  
• to cultivate in students a global outlook and prepare them for global citizenship.

We are one of the 22 Grant Schools in Hong Kong, and have been a related school of the Hong Kong Council of the Church of Christ in China since 1966.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• A seasoned and visionary educator who shares the core values and education mission of the School, and appreciates our Christian heritage
  
• Strong leadership with sound administrative abilities, with 10 years of school administrative experience or more
  
• Outstanding interpersonal, problem-solving, team-building and communication skills
  
• Excellent command of English and Chinese

Preferred qualifications

• 3 years' experience as PGM or above
  
• Completion of the Certification for Principalship

Successful candidate will take office w.e.f. 1 September 2025.
