Suicide Prevention Services is a registered charity providing sustainable, volunteer-based suicide prevention services in the community. It includes a 24-hour Suicide Prevention Hotline, Suicide Prevention Service for the Elderly, Services for Family with Elderly, Services for Survivors of Sudden Death and Suicide Loss, Community Education & Life Education for Youths.

Descriptions

Main Duties

  • Provide casework and support service to the mid and high risk level carers and elders;
  • Plan and implement groups and programs for carers and elders;
  • Plan and implement mass activities and community education programs;

Requirements
  • For CR01 : A recognized Degree or above in Social Work with 2 years of working experience / Diploma in social work with 5 years of working experience.
  • For CR02 : A recognized Diploma in Social Work or Counseling with 2 years of working experience.
  • Independent and multi-tasking skills and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Available to perform shift duty.
