• Pass 5 subjects in the HKDSE / HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Curriculum B) or equivalent
  
• Hold a recognized social work diploma or degree, and be a registered social worker
  
• Have at least 3 years of social service work experience
  
• Preference given to those with experience in rehabilitation services or employment support services
  
• Good command of written Chinese and English
  
• Responsible, mature and outgoing personality, good interpersonal skills, able to work independently and think critically
  
• Assist the project manager in planning, implementing and managing the inclusive employment project
  
• Supervise program assistants, arrange and provide relevant employment support training
  
• Liaise with and manage partner organizations and potential inclusive employment employers
  
• Provide case management and employment counseling
  
• Coordinate school and community participation activities
