• Oversee and manage the implementation of IT equipment for new and renovated sites
  
• Provide advice on system development and manage related projects
  
• Conduct training for staff on general IT practices
  
• Handle vendor management effectively
  
• Develop strategies for operations, security, infrastructure, etc.
  
• Lead the implementation of ICT projects
  
• Monitor equipment and services, including workstations, mobile devices, network devices, backups, etc.
  
• Provide second-tier support to users
  
• Degree in IT or a related field; Certifications in networking, cybersecurity, project management, and ITIL are beneficial
  
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in an in-house IT role; experience in mid-level management is preferred
  
• Strong awareness of cybersecurity is essential
  
• Familiarity with AI tools is a significant plus
  
• Excellent service orientation and communication skills
