Starting comparable to MPS
Requirements :
- A University Degree in Social Work;
- English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in HKCEE / Level 2 in HKDSE;
- 3 years' relevant post-qualification experience;
- Registered under Social Workers Registration Ordinance.
Job Duties :
- Responsible for the effective management and operation of the enhanced home and community care services for the elderly;
- Enhance the integration of the service for frail elderly and provide care management to the users;
- Render individual counselling and referral service;
- Provide support and organize related group activities for carers;
- Liaise with paramedical professionals and sub-contractors;
- Supervise staff and conduct staff training programmes;
- Assist in monitoring new service operation and development.
Working Hours :
44 hours per week and on shift when necessary.
