Post Code : HR-HRO/HRO(TD)

Responsibilities :
You will focus in one of the below areas :

  • Employment and HR Operation
    - Conduct data management and analysis, HR reports & proposals and project management;
    - Assist in formulation and implementation of HR policies and guidelines;
    - Supervise a small team to handle HR administration and operations such as employment, offboarding formalities, work injury;
    - Coordinate data management for the HRMS migration exercise.

  • Staff Development and Staff Engagement
    - Supervise a small team of staff to handle staff training and development and talent management;
    - Formulate and implement employee training and development policy, talent audit and programmes;
    - Manage and plan staff engagement function and organize staff relations activities.

Requirements :
  • Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in HR management at supervisory level; those with less experience will be considered for Assistant Human Resources Officer;
  • Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment related regulations;
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and supervisory skills;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to complete tasks with tight deadlines.

Working Time :
44 hours per week, on-shift.

Salary :
Depends on qualification and experience, Negotiable.
