Responsibilities

• To supervise in-house maintenance team & contractors in managing, executing & reporting of the Hospital's maintenance works, renovation & minor repairs & to formulate & review the maintenance policy
  
• To manage maintenance tenders, contracts & monitor contractor's performance to ensure compliance with pertinent Hospital standards & statutory requirements
  
• To attend emergency calls, perform off-site on call & typhoon/ adverse weather conditions duty if needed
  
• To oversee & manage day-to-day security activities for all Hospital properties & to participate in ad hoc projects, tasks as assigned by supervisor(s)

• Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines
  
• At least 3 years of solid experience in facility management, contract administration for E&M & builder's works
  
• Work experience in a healthcare setting or holder of REW A0 will be an advantage
  
• Knowledge of statutory requirements in building works, electrical & mechanical aspects
  
• Independent, self-motivated, a good team player & able to work under pressure
  
• Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
