• Degree holder in Social Work or above, RSW
  
• HKDSE 5 subjects level 2 or above (including Chinese and English) or equivalent
  
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in NGO settings
  
• Solid experience in rehabilitation services
  
• Excellent command of written English and Chinese
  
• Dynamic, efficient, independent, responsive and resourceful
  
• Good interpersonal, social and team work skills
  
• Supervision and management of rehabilitation services
  
• Covered but not limited to day training, community support, vocational rehabilitation, residential services and social enterprise
  
• Handled different funding modes including government subsidized services, time-limited projects and self-financing
  
• Manage existing provisions and keep on initiating fill-the-gap services for people with disabilities and their families
