Job Requirements :

• Degree holder in Social Work or equivalent;
  
• Registered social worker under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance;
  
• Minimum 10 years' post qualifications experience in social welfare sector, of which 5 years taking up supervisory role in residential care for people with disabilities or elderly;
  
• Familiar with handling government subvention and funding applications;
  
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese;
  
• Good leadership and communication skills, with strong analytical and problem solving abilities; and
  
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint an advantage.

• To take charge of planning and delivery of residential services for people with disabilities;
  
• To oversee the management of the residential services under supervision;
  
• To handle and respond to service users' complaints and staff disputes, and related enquiries from outsiders when needed; and
  
• To assist in matters relating to publicity and public education of residential care services.
