Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for daily operations, offer Physiotherapy services, exercise prescription and provide health promotion activities and patient empowerment programs for K&TDHC and community stakeholders
  
• To formulate and implement the service plan and strategy to K&TDHC
  
• To lead the team in driving for KPI, implementing the work plan, conducting analysis of market needs for development in promotions and publicity work
  
• To communicate with Hospital Authority, Family Doctor and Healthcare Professional about the rehabilitation programs and progress of the clients
  
• To maintain good communications and cooperation among different team and departments, other organizations for services development and collaboration
  
• To assist in coordinating and collecting information for monitoring of the Center performance
  
• To manage and develop the rehabilitation program / content for K&TDHC's clients
  
• To perform other ad-hoc duties to the team as assigned

• Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  
• Holder of a valid registration practicing certificate issued by the Physiotherapist Board of Hong Kong
  
• A minimum 5 years post-qualified working experience and/or 2 years of experience at a management level is preferred
  
• Good communications, coordination and analytical skills
  
• Experience with contact government department, hospitals and NGOs and local professional organizations is preferred
