Human Resources Officer (Human Resources and Administration Department)

Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years' solid experience in Human Resources field
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
  • Proactive, meticulous, independent and able to meet tight deadline with good organizational and problem solving skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills; good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Exposure in FlexHRM is definitely an advantage.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer

Job Responsibilities :
  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, staff onboarding and offboarding, compensation and benefits, payroll, taxation, MPF administration, performance management and employee relations etc.
  • Provide one-stop account services to designated divisions and act as focal point of contact for employees concerned
  • Embody a distinctive 'can do' attitude to collect functional requirements and identify practical solutions for front-line managers and staff
  • Ensure HR practices and procedures that align with legislative requirements
  • Work closely with stakeholders on different HR projects
